Logistics and scheduling
What to agree on before booking the date
Claudio is still competing: his schedule is built around the competition calendar, and that is usually the missing piece when getting internal approval.
Lead time
Ideally 45 days. In a Paralympic cycle year, confirm before the season calendar is closed.
Travel and accommodation
Departing from Bauru (SP). Travel and accommodation paid by the client, or included in an all-in proposal.
On-site setup
Talk: microphone, projector and clicker. Sports experience: space for the tables — equipment provided by our team.
Online format
Streamed on the client's platform, with a technical test scheduled the day before.

What is the maximum audience?
Talks have no limit — it depends on the venue. Training works best with up to 40 people; the sports experience, up to 60 in shifts.
Can we record it and use the content later?
Yes, with image rights set out in the contract. Internal use and advertising use have different terms.
How does payment work?
Invoice issued by a Brazilian company (CNPJ), with a deposit on signing and the balance after the event. PIX or bank transfer.
What if he is called up for a competition on that date?
The contract allows rescheduling at no cost in that case — national team call-ups are shared as soon as the official calendar is out.
